SE Cape Coral

  • Unit 1-6: Direct river access, known as the Yacht Club Area, one of the first area's of Cape Coral to be developed.

  • Unit 9, 10, 13, 14 & 15: Known as Country Club area, with mid-1960's style homes surrounding a golf course.
  • Unit 11: Direct river access and the waterfront community of Savona.
  • Unit 12: Direct river access and the waterfront community of Palaco Grande.
  • Unit 13: Direct river access and the waterfront community of Cornwallis.
  • Unit 19 & 20: Direct river access and the waterfront community of Gold Coast Estates.

SW Cape Coral

  • Units 44 & 64: Newer homes and several lakes; known as The Rose Garden area.
  • Unit 45 & 46: This is a fast developing area near to the local schools, but many empty lots are still available. Easy access to Fort Myers via Veterans Parkway.
  • Unit 62: Fast growing area of Cape Coral, including Cape Coral High School and many new retail centers.
  • Unit 63: Includes Palmetto Pines, a private golf course and a lot of new home building activity.
  • Units 67 & 77: Includes Tarpon Point, a new development featuring coach homes, single family homes and high rise condominiums, and soon a marina club house with shops, restaurants and a hotel.

  • Unit 70, 74, 92, 93 & 96: Near many of the local schools, this area is populated by many newer homes both on and off water.
  • Unit 71: Near Trafalgar Middle School, this includes, Heatherwood Lakes, a new gated community being built by Beazer Homes.
  • Unit 75: Includes the new Cape Harbour Development consisting of exclusive gated communities (most $1 million range), the new harbor, boathouse, marina and retail.
  • Unit 95: Includes the Cape Coral Sports Complex and a new upscale gated community of Sandoval, offering single family and carriage homes, clubhouse, numerous lakes and walking paths.

NW Cape Coral

  • Unit 38-43: Significant long term growth potential area. Will not have city water and sewer for several years.
  • Unit 50-61: Significant long term growth potential area. Will not have city water and sewer for several years.
  • Unit 71, 81, 82, 83 & 90: Many waterfront lots in this area have access to the river via the Spreader Canal.

NE Cape Coral

  • Unit 31, 32, 33 & 47: In view of the planned expansion of the main corridor, Pine Island Road, and it's direct access to North Fort Myers, interest in lots in these units are beginning to grow.
  • Units 84 - 88: A lot of activity in these units, known as Gator Circle, including the opening of the new upscale community, Coral Lakes, a new Academic Village, and retail centers. Close proximity and easy access to Fort Myers, Punta Gorda and central Cape Coral.
